Since 2008, Vision has worked with landowners, developers, builders, and individuals to bring the right people and opportunities together. From marketing and selling residential lots to helping identify land for future development, our work has always centered around understanding the local market, building strong relationships, and knowing what connects one opportunity to the next.
What began with marketing subdivisions and helping homebuyers find lots has grown into a broader focus on land, development, and the people who make projects happen.

Our Team
Jill Hendricks
Owner | Broker
Jill Hendricks has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, land sales, and development throughout Northeast Wisconsin. After earning her real estate license in 2002 and becoming a broker in 2005, Jill became a founding partner of Vision Realty & Development in 2008. Today, she is the sole owner and broker of Vision.
Her experience, local knowledge, and long-standing relationships with builders, developers, and industry professionals have been the foundation of Vision from the beginning.

Throughout her career, Jill has been actively involved in the real estate and building industries and has served in a number of leadership and advocacy roles. Her involvement has included serving as Past President and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Brown County Home Builders Association, along with participation on its Government Affairs and Developers Committees.
She has also been involved with the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, Women's Council of REALTORS®, and the Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities. Jill served on the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Board of Directors from 2014–2015.
These experiences have allowed Jill to build relationships and stay closely connected to the issues, people, and organizations shaping real estate, housing, and development throughout the region.
Alex VandeHei
REALTOR®
Alex brings a business-minded and hands-on perspective to Vision. She holds an MBA and has experience owning, operating, buying, and selling businesses, including a digital marketing agency that gave her a strong background in branding and marketing.
Along with her husband, Alex also owns a concrete flatwork company and works with builders, contractors, and clients. Her experience in business, marketing, and building brings a unique perspective to Vision as the company continues to grow and evolve.

Alex earned her Wisconsin real estate license in July 2026 and is excited to begin this next chapter of her career. While she is new to the real estate industry, she brings years of experience as a business owner, entrepreneur, and marketer—and is eager to apply that experience while learning from one of the people who knows the industry best.
As Jill's daughter, Alex is especially excited to have the opportunity to learn from her mother's experience and follow in her footsteps. Together, they bring two different perspectives to Vision: Jill's decades of experience and relationships in real estate and land development, combined with Alex's background in business, marketing, and construction.
Alex looks forward to building her own relationships within the industry while helping carry Vision into its next chapter.
