Lots 6-17, 27-30 and 35-37 are duplex lots. Lots 18-26, 31-34,38-45 and 49-52 are Single Family Residential. All residential dwellings must adhere to specific building requirements to maintain the community's aesthetic and quality standards. Each home is required to have a minimum of a two-car garage. For single-story homes, the minimum square footage above grade is set at 1,600 sq. ft. For homes with a story and a half, the minimum is 1,800 sq. ft. above grade. Two-story homes must have at least 2,000 sq. ft. of space above grade.
