All homes must have a minimum 2-stall garage. Lots 46, 50-73 have a 1,800 sq. ft. minimum for ranch homes. Lots 47-49 and 74-86 have a 2,000 sq. ft. minimum for ranch homes. All residential homes shall be required, at a minimum, to have “natural exterior” (brick, stone, or other masonry) on 25% of the front of the home facing the street, except that a variance may be approved by the Developer for certain style homes, such as "Salt Box", etc.
